How to return an item

RETURNS

If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. Make sure item is unworn.

We will provide you with the necessary return form and book the return shipment for you. The cost of a single return is 30€ (tax included) – that is applicable regardless from the order amount or type. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Returns are accepted if:

Items are unworn, in their original packaging with protective film.
Return all items, straps and certificates included in the order.
Include printed version of the assistance form we will provide.

Worn items will be charged a discretionary 2% restocking fee based on the value of the item.

Personalized items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
