The prices on our website are displayed without taxes. VAT is applied to all orders dispatched within the European Union, but it is not added to orders shipped outside the EU. That said, some countries may charge import taxes or duties upon delivery, which are handled directly by the courier and billed separately.
EU:
Every item shipped from our site includes taxes calculated at the checkout according to the destination country so no duties or extra payments are due on arrival.
US:
Generally, imports valued under $800 were exempt from duties under the U.S. de minimis threshold. However, due to recent changes in U.S. customs policies, certain categories of products are now subject to duties regardless of their value. Specifically, Italian-made products—like your Unimatic watch—are currently subject to a 10% import duty under a revised customs disposition. Unfortunately, these charges are outside our control and are determined solely by U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
